Katie Price is set to have her NINTH boob job

She's never been averse to plastic surgery and now Katie Price is preparing to have her ninth boob job before she hits 40.

The former glamour model has told pals she is desperate to get a breast reduction before her landmark birthday next May.

Katie – a 32GG – tells about plans for an image overhaul by dropping to a 30D in her new reality TV series My Crazy Life.

A show source said: “Katie has been talking very openly about getting a breast reduction. She thinks her current chest size is too big and makes her look fat.

Katie had her first breast enlargement as a 20-year-old aspiring glamour model called Jordan in 1998, boosting her cup size from B to C. A year later she got her boobs enlarged further, going up to a 32D.

That was followed by another operation 12 months later, inflating her chest to 32F when she broke up with pop singer Dane Bowers, 37.

But she would wait seven years before her next procedure in 2007 while married to Peter Andre.

The star travelled to the US for a nose job and to enlarge her breasts to 32G.

But only a year later she returned from a trip to Beverly Hills in LA with a significantly smaller 32C chest.

Then in 2012, following her split from Peter, 44, and a brief marriage to Alex Reid, 41, Katie went back up to a size 32F and spent £10,000 on a complete body overhaul. But after her 2013 marriage to Kieran Hayler, Katie tried a more demure look and in 2014 she went back down to her natural 32B size.

Then she shocked fans this year when, acting on impulse, she took her chest up to a whopping 32GG. At the time she told how it would be her final operation.

Katie said: “I was all healed and ready for the final procedure on my boobs. The surgeon said: “What size do you want? Same implants, a little bigger or bigger?
